We have had the MGTF LE500 for a week or so  now and what a fantastic car, so easy to drive for both of us.

Has taken me two days to rearrange the garage so the car fits and the hard top found a nice safe spot in the corner for the summer!

.Just tried the hood up and down, so much easier than the MGB.

We are going out for a nice longer drive tomorrow.

Just a quick note to let you know that I have been busy putting some miles on the MGB some 200 – 300 from the day that I collected. It just seems to get better and better each time I go out. It was clearly the right decision to purchase through you. Service and process of the whole transaction was so easy. Good honest description of the car, plus service and test prior to collection. This was a factor in that I decided to drive it 75 miles home and not collect on a trailer. For my budget I had expected to get a car that was going to need some work over the summer to get right, what I have purchased is a car that I can just use and enjoy straight away. Excellent service from yourself. Not many places would accommodate a viewing on Good Friday. And to then have the car prepared and ready for collection in 3 days that’s great service No hard sell, more of a chat on a common interest, such a nice change. When people ask me about the car I will always make sure that I mention your name.

I bought a 1958 MGA from Barry, having initially seen it in December 2021 in his garage and then again in July 2022. I was initially concerned why it hadn’t sold as it was in a beautiful Honolulu Blue and looked in very good condition.

Barry was very honest and open, and a real pleasure to deal with. Well, two months after I bought it, and with a little work carried out, my wife and I drove it over 1800 miles to the South of France. The car was fantastic, drove beautifully, had no problems and attracted a lot of very positive attraction. I cannot thank Barry enough and am delighted with the MGA.

I would like to say thank you for all your help completing my purchase every detail was true as your word coming up from Paignton to view the car was without concern that the car was not up to my expectations however quite the opposite a great WOW factor.
The car performed like it had just come out of the showroom when it was new we certainly did a good test for her queuing on the M25 then a hold up at Exeter (truck on fire ) we did a steady 60 mph all the way and fuel worked out at 40.5 mpg so that was fantastic.

I cannot tell you how much a success the MG has been. We managed to get the car outside the church unseen-it was such an amazing surprise!
Lulu (my now wife) loves it so much, it has been on lots of outings in the last couple of months and we both love driving it. So far it hasn’t broken down either! If you are looking to buy a classic British sports car look no further than Barry Pryke and his team.
I purchased an MGB Roadster from him back in September last year.
However, after a few hundred miles the engine developed a problem and a loss of oil pressure. I dropped a quick call to Barry and arrangements were made to collect the car.
I am pleased to say that within a few days the car had a low mileage replacement engine fitted.
Even though the guarantee had expired, there was no cost to me and also whilst there a few complimentary other jobs were carried out.

“Not being particularly mechanically savvy I was concerned about purchasing a classic.
Therefore, I was a little apprehensive about “wasting so much money” (a quote from my wife)

I needn’t have been worried; the experience of buying a car from Barry Pryke and his small team couldn’t have gone better.
He has reinvented excellent Customer Service; nothing has been too much trouble and had the patience to explain rudimentary mechanical issues to me, had to keep it basic.
He drove several hundred miles to deliver the car and then repeated the same journey when the car developed a small issue.

When speaking to Barry on the telephone I was happy to find that his knowledge of classic cars so was vast, which was a help to me as I my own knowledge was limited.
